Retail delivery for the Knoxville area offices, including Bearden and Farragut, runs through Erin Hollingsworth. Before moving into the regional role in March 2019, she managed the Farragut office. Much of 2025 went to branch staffing models and to online banking enrollment coaching for the retail teams. She holds a finance degree from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and completed the Tennessee Bankers Association retail management school in 2015. She serves on the board of a Knoxville housing nonprofit.
