Rev. January 2026. This notice describes what Calder Bank & Trust, N.A. does with your personal information. We are required by the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act to give you this notice and to send it to you once a year for as long as you are our client. The interagency model form below is the format federal regulators prescribe for it.

The types of personal information we collect and share depend on the product or service you have with us. This information can include Social Security number and income, account balances and transaction history, credit history and credit scores, payment history and wire instructions, and employment information. When you are no longer our client, we continue to share your information as described in this notice.

To limit our sharing

Please note that if you are a new client, we can begin sharing your information 30 days from the date we sent this notice. When you are no longer our client, we continue to share your information as described in this notice. However, you can contact us at any time to limit our sharing.

Your choice will apply to everyone on your account unless you tell us otherwise.

Who we are and what we do

Who is providing this notice. Calder Bank & Trust, N.A., a national banking association, and its affiliates, including Calder Financial Corporation and the Wealth and Trust division of the bank.

How does Calder Bank & Trust protect my personal information? To protect your personal information from unauthorized access and use, we use security measures that comply with federal law. These measures include computer safeguards, encryption of client information in transit and at rest, multifactor authentication on digital banking sessions, and secured files and buildings. We limit access to client information to those employees who need it to do their jobs.

How does Calder Bank & Trust collect my personal information? We collect your personal information, for example, when you open an account or apply for a loan, use your debit card or pay your bills, give us your income information or your employment information, or seek advice about your investments. We also collect your personal information from others, such as credit bureaus, affiliates and other companies.

Why can't I limit all sharing? Federal law gives you the right to limit only sharing for affiliates' everyday business purposes, information about your creditworthiness, affiliates from using your information to market to you, and sharing for nonaffiliates to market to you. State laws and individual companies may give you additional rights to limit sharing.

Service providers

We share client information with companies that perform services for us under contract, and we require each of them by contract to protect that information and to use it only for the service we have engaged them to perform. The bank classifies 11 of these relationships as critical. They include Jack Henry & Associates, which provides our core banking and item processing platform; Q2 Software, which provides our consumer and commercial digital banking channels; Fiserv, which processes our debit and credit card portfolios and monitors them for fraud; SEI Investments, which provides the trust accounting platform used by our Wealth and Trust division; Verafin, which provides transaction monitoring and sanctions screening; and iCIMS, which holds applicant and candidate records for our recruiting function. Our third party risk program reviews each critical provider at least annually, including its own use of subcontractors. Definitions

Affiliates. Companies related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies. Our affiliates include Calder Financial Corporation and the entities it controls.

Nonaffiliates. Companies not related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies. Calder Bank & Trust does not share client information with nonaffiliates so they can market to you.

Joint marketing. A formal agreement between nonaffiliated financial companies that together market financial products or services to you. Our joint marketing partners include an insurance agency and an investment services provider.

Online privacy

Our websites use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, to remember your preferences and to measure how our pages are used. Disabling cookies will prevent you from signing in to online banking. We do not sell personal information, and we do not honor browser Do Not Track signals because no common standard for them has been adopted.

Our online banking and treasury sites are for use by clients located in the United States. Do not send account numbers, passwords or one-time passcodes by email. Calder Bank & Trust will never ask you for them.
