President of Prewitt Materials Company, a family owned aggregates and ready mix concrete business operating in southeast Tennessee and north Georgia. He joined the board in 2003, chaired the compensation committee from 2011 to 2018, and was elected Chairman in 2018 on the retirement of R. Wallace Calder. He chairs the nominating and corporate governance committee and remains a member of the compensation and human resources committee. He is a past chairman of the Hamilton County industrial development board.

Retired chief information officer of a payments processing company, where she spent 11 years and led the company through two platform consolidations. She was elected to the board in March 2025 and chairs the technology committee, which reviews the bank's technology strategy and information security program with the Chief Information Security Officer each quarter.

Founder and chief executive of Ozuna Logistics Group, a truckload and dedicated fleet carrier headquartered in Chattanooga with terminals in Nashville, Dalton and Huntsville. He built the company from a single tractor in 1991 and it now employs more than 600 drivers. He serves on the compensation and human resources committee and on the technology committee, and he has been a commercial client of the bank longer than he has been a director.

She was a member of the Tennessee Bar Association board of governors and has taught a seminar on fiduciary duty at a regional law school. She practiced internal medicine for 14 years before moving into administration and now oversees clinical operations for a system with roughly 5,200 employees. Former President and Chief Executive Officer of Highland Ridge Bank of Scottsboro, which Calder acquired in 2021. He led that bank for 16 years and joined the Calder board at the closing of the transaction, where he represents the north Alabama market. The Chief Executive Officer is the only member of management who serves as a director and sits on no standing committee. Each committee meets at least quarterly and reports to the full board. Directors serve three-year terms in three classes, so roughly a third of the board stands for election at each annual meeting of shareholders.
R. Wallace Calder, great-grandson of the founder, served as Chief Executive Officer from 1994 to 2016 and as Chairman of the Board until 2018. He holds no current board or executive position.
