Licensed in Tennessee and north Georgia, Felicia Mainord handles residential originations for the East Brainerd and Ooltewah markets. She works most often with first time buyers and with borrowers using Tennessee Housing Development Agency programs. She joined the bank in 2004 in mortgage servicing and moved to origination in 2009. She has taught the first time buyer class the bank runs with a Chattanooga housing counseling agency since 2013.
