Income producing property lending across the Knoxville and Farragut markets is Kendra's book, with a concentration in multifamily and neighborhood retail. She came to Calder in April 2019 from a regional bank's commercial real estate group in Nashville. She keeps office hours at the Farragut branch on Wednesdays for borrowers on that side of the county, and she serves on the board of a Knoxville affordable housing nonprofit.
