Randall runs the commercial lending team out of Knoxville Main and carries a portfolio of his own, mostly middle market manufacturers and transportation companies. He started at Calder in 1996 as a credit analyst, back when the bank had one Knoxville office. He chairs the officer loan committee and sits on the bank's quarterly asset quality review. He holds a finance degree from the University of Tennessee and is a past president of the Knoxville chapter of the Risk Management Association.
