Most of what Rhonda Click's group does happens on nights and weekends, when branch circuits and lobby wireless can be worked on without interrupting a teller line. She has been on the bank's network staff since 2019 and its manager since 2022. Branch remodels and relocations run through her team for the network portion of the work, which puts her in regular contact with facilities and with the general contractors Calder uses in East Tennessee.
