An eighteen year veteran of the bank, Shonda maintains the credit policy manual and the loan documentation exception reporting that goes to the board credit committee each quarter. She moved into credit administration in 2016 after eight years in loan operations at the Riverfront Operations Center. She holds the CRCM designation.
