Dwayne Ledbetter has the longest tenure on the executive team. He joined Calder in 2004 as a deposit operations manager, moved through item processing and payment operations, and was named Chief Operating Officer in 2014. Bank operations, deposit and payment services, facilities and vendor administration report to him. He has served on the integration committee for the three acquisitions the bank has completed since he joined and holds a B.B.A. from Middle Tennessee State University.
