Grady Sparkman leads credit administration, underwriting, loan review and special assets. He joined Calder in 2013 from a commercial credit role in Knoxville and was named Chief Credit Officer in 2016. He chairs the officers loan committee and reports credit quality to the board risk committee each quarter. He holds a B.S. in agricultural economics from the University of Tennessee and completed the Graduate School of Banking of the South.
