Nathaniel Boateng joined Calder in January 2026 to lead the consumer and small business digital banking channels, including the online and mobile banking platform, digital account opening, payments experience and channel entitlements. He previously managed digital banking products for a $9 billion bank in the Southeast, where he led two platform upgrades and the rollout of a real time payments experience. He holds a B.S. from Georgia State University.
