Wesley Rasnake leads human resources, talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, and organizational learning for the bank's 840 employees. He joined Calder in 2020 after 12 years in human resources leadership roles in healthcare and manufacturing across east Tennessee. He holds an M.S. in industrial and organizational psychology from the University of Tennessee and is a senior certified professional through the Society for Human Resource Management.
