Commercial Relationship Manager

About the role

Calder is adding a Commercial Relationship Manager to the Knoxville market, based at our South Gay Street office. The role covers business development and portfolio management for commercial clients with revenue between $5 million and $75 million, with credit approval through the bank's Chief Credit Officer and the officers loan committee.

What you will do

• Develop and manage a commercial loan and deposit portfolio in the Knoxville market.
• Structure owner-occupied real estate, equipment finance and working capital facilities, and present them to the officers loan committee.
• Partner with treasury management on payment services for portfolio clients, and with Wealth and Trust on owner and executive relationships.
• Maintain annual reviews, covenant monitoring and risk rating accuracy across the portfolio.

What we are looking for

• Five or more years in commercial lending with a formal credit training background.
• Established referral network in the Knoxville market.
• Completed formal credit training program at a bank.
