What you will do
- Administer the Q2 Central console: user groups, entitlement templates, feature flags, alerts, secure message routing and branding assets.
- Own the digital banking user support escalation queue from the client service center, including enrollment failures, lockouts and second factor enrollment problems.
- Configure and validate the step up authentication policy, which uses Duo push and passcode for high risk actions such as external transfer setup and profile changes.
- Coordinate Q2 quarterly releases: review release notes, validate configuration in the pre-production environment, and publish an internal change summary before adoption.
- Maintain the single sign on integration between the digital banking platform and the bank's account opening and card management providers.
- Produce monthly channel reporting on enrollment, active users, mobile deposit volume and authentication failure rates.
What we are looking for
- Two or more years administering a digital banking platform. Q2 experience strongly preferred.
- Working knowledge of SAML or OpenID Connect single sign on flows and of multifactor enrollment mechanics.
- Comfort reading platform logs and reproducing a client reported failure end to end.
- Prior experience in a bank, credit union or financial technology provider.
