About the role
The Identity and Access Management Analyst runs joiner, mover and leaver access across the bank and owns the quarterly user access review that our regulators and our external auditors look at first. The bank still operates two Active Directory forests following the 2021 acquisition, and consolidating them is a named objective for this role.

What you will do
- Process access provisioning and removal for all bank systems, with same day removal on involuntary separations.
- Run the quarterly user access review across core banking, digital banking, wire origination, the general ledger and the trust platform, and chase manager sign-off to completion.
- Administer privileged access: vault onboarding for administrative and service accounts, credential rotation schedules, and session recording for core and payment systems.
- Own multifactor enrollment and recovery procedures, including the identity verification steps required before a second factor is reset for a user with payment entitlements.
- Plan and execute the consolidation of the second Active Directory forest carried over from the 2021 acquisition.
- Produce evidence packages for internal audit, external audit and regulatory examinations.
What we are looking for
- Three or more years in identity and access management, systems administration or IT audit.
- Hands on experience with Active Directory and Entra ID, including group policy, conditional access and hybrid identity synchronization.
- Understanding of segregation of duties in a bank, particularly for payment origination and release.
- Experience with an identity governance product preferred.
