About the role

The Loan Servicing Specialist books and maintains commercial and consumer loans on the core platform and maintains the collateral and insurance records that support them.

What you will do

Book new and renewed loans, and process advances, payments, payoffs and rate changes.
Maintain collateral records, lien perfection documentation, insurance tracking and flood determinations.
Clear the daily loan exception and document tracking reports with the lending offices.
Support the annual loan review and the regulatory examination request list.

What we are looking for

Two or more years in loan operations, loan servicing or loan documentation at a bank.
Familiarity with commercial loan documentation and with lien perfection requirements.
Accuracy under a daily deadline.
