This statement supplements the shorter Accessibility page and records what was reviewed, when, by whom, and what is known not to conform. It is written for a reader who needs the detail, including a customer's advocate and a plaintiff's counsel.
Calder Bank & Trust, N.A. works toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.1 at Level AA for its public website, for Calder Total Access online banking, for the Calder Total Access mobile applications on iOS and Android, and for the documents it delivers in Portable Document Format. Conformance is assessed against the success criteria of that standard and not against a vendor's self-assessment.
Partially conformant. Partially conformant means that some parts of the content do not fully conform to the standard. The scope, the date and the known exceptions are stated below rather than being summarized as a commitment, because a commitment is not a conformance status.
| Property | Method | Reviewed | Status |
|---|---|---|---|
| Public website, calderbankonline.com | Manual review with a screen reader, keyboard-only traversal, automated scan | 02/18/2026 | Partially conformant |

| Calder Total Access, iOS | Manual review with VoiceOver | 01/30/2026 | Partially conformant |
| Calder Total Access, Android | Manual review with TalkBack | 01/30/2026 | Partially conformant |
| Treasury Gateway | Provider conformance report only | 11/2025 | Not independently reviewed |
| Statements and notices in PDF | Manual review of a drawn set of 40 documents | 03/03/2026 | Non-conformant, see 4(c) |
(a) Interactive rate tables. The comparison table on the certificate rates page uses a layout that is announced inconsistently by some screen reader and browser combinations. A remediation is scheduled with the next release of the marketing site.
(b) Session timeout warning. The inactivity warning in Calder Total Access appears 60 seconds before the session ends and is not announced by every assistive technology. Customers who need a longer session can ask us to extend the timeout on their profile; call (423) 555-0164. This is a manual change and it is not self service.
(c) Statements in Portable Document Format. Statements generated before June 2024 are images and are not tagged, so they cannot be read by a screen reader. They cannot be remediated retroactively. Statements generated after that date are tagged. A readable copy of any statement, in any period, is produced on request at no charge on two Business Days' notice; call (423) 555-0122.
(d) Third party content. The card management interface and the credit score feature are hosted by service providers and are not under the Bank's direct control. Their conformance is a contractual obligation of those providers and the Bank holds their conformance reports. The Bank has not independently verified them.
(e) Older archived releases. Newsroom items published before 2021 were produced under the previous content system and some contain images without alternative text.
All 61 offices are accessible. Automated teller machines with audio guidance and a headphone jack are available at every office that has a machine, and at 14 of the 19 remote machine locations; the five without are older machines scheduled for replacement. Large print and braille statements are produced on request. Sign language interpretation for a scheduled appointment is arranged through the office with at least three Business Days' notice.
If you cannot complete something, tell us and we will complete it with you first and fix the underlying problem second. Those are two separate obligations and the first one is immediate.

Accessibility findings are tracked in the same defect system as security findings and are reviewed monthly by the Digital Channels group. Accessibility acceptance criteria are part of the Bank's acceptance of work from its digital banking provider. This statement is reviewed annually and on any material change to a covered property.
On the telephone number above. It is written in dotted form here because this document is generated from the accessibility group's own record, which stores it that way. It is the same number as the general enquiries number printed elsewhere on this site.
On Treasury Gateway. It has not been independently reviewed by the Bank. It is a commercial platform reached only by entitled users of commercial customers, and the provider's own conformance report is the only assessment the Bank holds. That is stated here rather than omitted.
