Documents we deliver rather than publish

Some disclosures are given to you at account opening or with a specific transaction and are not published here, because their content depends on the account and on the date you opened it. These include the Deposit Account Agreement, the Business Deposit Account Agreement, the Treasury Management Master Services Agreement and its service schedules, the Loan Estimate and Closing Disclosure required for a mortgage application, the Credit Card Account Agreement, and the Safe Deposit Box Lease. Ask at any office, call (423) 555-0142, or write to us for a copy of any document that applies to an account you hold. We do not charge for the first copy.

Deposit insurance

Deposits are insured by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation up to the standard maximum deposit insurance amount of $250,000 per depositor, per insured institution, for each account ownership category. Coverage is a function of ownership category and not of the number of accounts you hold, so five single accounts at this bank are insured to $250,000 in aggregate and not to $1,250,000. Trust accounts, retirement accounts and joint accounts are separate categories with their own rules. If your balances are near the limit, ask a banker to review your ownership structure with you before you assume you are covered.

Investment, insurance and trust products offered through Calder Wealth Management are not deposits, are not FDIC insured, are not insured by any federal government agency, are not guaranteed by the bank, and may lose value.
