Calder Financial Corporation Sets 2024 Annual Meeting of Shareholders

The meeting will be held at the head office in Chattanooga. Holders of record on February 27, 2024 are entitled to vote.

CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. Calder Financial Corporation will hold its 2024 annual meeting of shareholders at 10:00 a.m. Eastern on April 22, 2024 at the bank's head office, 401 Market Street, Chattanooga, Tennessee 37402.

Shareholders of record at the close of business on February 27, 2024 are entitled to notice of the meeting and to vote at it. The business of the meeting is the election of directors in the class whose term expires at the meeting, the ratification of the independent registered public accounting firm for the year, and any other business properly brought before the meeting.

Notice and proxy materials are mailed to holders of record. A shareholder who does not receive them may request a copy from the Corporate Secretary at the head office address above, or at investor.relations@calderbankonline.com.

Beneficial holders who hold through a bank or a broker should vote through the institution that carries the position.
