The company reported net income of $10.5 million, or $0.84 per diluted share, for the same quarter of 2025.

Total assets were $4.22 billion at quarter end. Total deposits were $3.61 billion and total loans were $2.98 billion. Net interest margin was 3.53 percent for the quarter. "Our commercial pipeline going into next quarter is the fullest it has been since we finished the core work, and most of it sits in north Alabama and southeast Tennessee," said Ellis R. Vandergriff, President and Chief Executive Officer. "We opened 36 new commercial relationships in the period."

"Opening a commercial relationship end to end takes less than half the time it did before the core conversion, and that is what shows up in the pipeline," Vandergriff said.

"Expenses came in where we planned and the efficiency ratio was 58.5 percent," said Margo Ballew, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. "We would rather carry the 12.5 percent capital position than spend it proving a point about growth."

The board of directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.21 per share, payable August 28, 2026 to shareholders of record on August 14, 2026.
